Hi, I’m Hannah. I’m a public and digital health professional with over a decade of experience managing federal grants, launching telemedicine programs, and leading research at the intersection of healthcare equity and technology. My work spans startup environments, academic medical centers, and rural health initiatives — each fueling my passion for expanding access to care through innovative, evidence-based solutions.
Much of my career has focused on turning complex health challenges into scalable programs. I’ve supported USDA and FCC-funded telehealth projects, guided clinical integration within Epic EMR, and helped build digital tools that streamline remote-care workflows for clinicians and patients alike. Whether managing multimillion-dollar grants or synthesizing data for public-health reports, I bring a systems-level mindset to advancing health equity.
Experience & Impact
- Over 10 years of experience supporting digital health, telehealth, and public health initiatives across the U.S. and Europe, with select international collaborations in Latin America.
- Oversaw post-award management and performance reporting for multimillion-dollar USDA and FCC telehealth grants, coordinating data collection, partner deliverables, and federal compliance.
- Contributed to the development of a regional telehealth blueprint for rural health system expansion (Healthy Appalachia Institute, 2023).
- Managed and supported health technology and telemedicine projects, including product development and clinical integration initiatives.
